Persons who have been accepted to join the Sea Org and signed the Contract, pay their own travel expenses to reach the destination of where the Sea Org is located.

This is in no way intended as a stop on joining the Sea Org, but will eliminate us having to pay enormous travel expenses and puts the responsibility where it belongs.
