ETHICS OFFICER CHECK-OUTS
(Any Ethics Officer who has not been checked out on all Ethics Policies, must do so within one month on receipt of this Policy Letter.)
On the Appointment of any new Ethics Officer, the Ethics Officer must be checked out on all Ethics Policy Letters within one month, after having been appointed.
The check-outs are to be done by S.T.O. who must ensure that the Ethics Officer thoroughly understands and can apply these Policies and is able to demonstrate in clay, any point or duty of Ethics.
Failure to comply with this Policy Letter will result in instant removal from Post.
